Return policies are different for each brand. Tous also has its requirements and conditions that have to be fulfilled before they accept your return.

Here are a few conditions that Tous has to accept your return. 

1. The products need to be untouched and in perfect condition. They should not have any signs of damage or wear and tear.  2. The consumer has to return the product within thirty days. If it has been more than thirty days, they will not accept the return. These thirty days will be counted from the date mentioned on the receipt. For special occasions, holidays like Christmas, they do extend the period within which the item has to be returned.  3. You will need to show the sales receipt and a certificate of authenticity, so do not throw out anything that you get with your item when you purchase something from Tous. 4. They do not accept returns of final sale items. How to Return a Product at Tous

There are two ways in which you can return the item: by shipping and by returning it in the physical store.

In-store Returns 

1. Make sure you have your item, sales receipt, and any other accessories that you may have got with your purchase.  2. You can exchange your item at any Tous store worldwide. The only exceptions to this are department stores, airport stores, and multi-brand stores. Keep in mind that if your product is from any of these, then you need to return it to the place you purchased it only. Online Returns 

1. Look for the packing slip and return address label in your purchase. You should attach them to your package later.  2. Wrap your package properly, with no room for damages. To have proof that you sent your package for return, save the shipping receipt. This is just for emergencies, in case you have problems later.

After the Return: Refunds

Tous will process your refund after they receive your return only. An estimated date, by which you can get your refund is ten business days. They will send you an email after they receive the package, telling you that they have received and processed your return. 

After this email, it can take them anywhere from five to ten business days to credit your account with the required amount. The time taken will depend on which bank you use. They will send you a refund to the same mode of payment that you used to make your purchase. 

If for some reason they cannot do that, they will contact you on how to issue your refund. This refund will not include non-refundable shipping charges, it will only include the cost of your goods purchased. The currency of your country, where you made the purchase, will prevail when it comes to the refund.
